I like everything in all, but the hand throws me off. Try to make it appear "painted" into the picture, to match the dream-like feeling to the entire image. Other then that, two thumbs up. ^^

I really like the background, but the hand in foreground looks like it was copy & pasted. I think the composition would be more strong if the hand was eliminated out of the design.
